Associate Attorney

Joshua Markovits joined Lemberg Law shortly after graduating from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During his studies, Mr. Markovits served as a judicial intern in the chambers of a New York Supreme Court judge and a United States District Court judge. He also worked as an intern for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Division of Enforcement.

Attorney Markovits has served as class counsel in cases across the country involving claims under the TCPA, FLSA, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and state consumer protection and breach of warranty laws. He has played a pivotal role in several of the firm’s significant class action settlements and his efforts led to recoveries of millions of dollars for consumers.
