Trinette G. Kent earned her law degree from Loyola Law School in 2002 and began her legal career at the California law firm of Shernoff, Bidart & Echeverria, representing consumers against insurance companies. She later moved to Arizona, was admitted to the Arizona bar, and worked at Surrano Law Offices, again handling insurance bad faith litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. Trinette opened her own law practice in 2010 and joined Lemberg Law in 2012. Her practice is dedicated to a wide range of consumer protection litigation, representing consumers against debt collectors, creditors, telemarketers, credit reporting agencies, car manufacturers, insurance companies, and various corporate entities.

In 2018, Ms. Kent filed a lawsuit against the manufacturer of a self-driving car. The case generated significant publicity as it was the first case to be filed against a self-driving car manufacturer. She has also represented hundreds of clients against car manufacturers in “Lemon Law” matters and consumer fraud cases.
