Is Alltran Education Inc. a scam?

They’re legit. Alltran Education has been in the collections business for 32 years. Alltran Education has not been accredited by the BBB, however it has received an “A+” rating from the BBB. Due to the company’s years in service and its outstanding rating from the BBB, it is clear that this business is not a scam. The collections company additionally claims that the company is collaborative, honorable and focused. Unlawful Debt Harassment? Learn the Law & Sue the Collector.

Can you help me file a No Fee Lawsuit against Alltran Education Inc.?

Absolutely. You can sue a debt collector. Here is a sample complaint:

A complainant agreed to pay their student loan debt off in full but Alltran refused to provide proof of the specific amount owed. The complainant would like to know the specific amount that the Department of Education will settle for. Without this information, the complainant does not feel comfortable handing over large sums of money, because they cannot confirm that it will legitimately pay off the debt. The complainant claims that, “Each inquiry to provide this proof has resulted in them claiming I only can have proof after making a payment”. The complainant also claims that, “Any responsible consumer prefers to see a contract before making a payment such as this”. The complainant ultimately would like to see this necessary information before sharing sensitive information over the internet and sending large amounts of money.

Can’t seem to get All Tran to move in a timely manner so I can PAY on my Granddaughter USAA Bank auto loan. Same problem with USAA seach imply Need aking my payments some months, not providing receipts and then claiming from time to time that my loan is in default. I have recorded t d each monthly call to USAA to make each payment as arranged for from the first payment. Due to a variety of excuses given for why my payments are simply NOT Taken from the bank account they were arranged to be taken from by automatic payment each month, the auto payments never happened, so I’m called eachonth to make EVERY payment AND to attempt to get the auto payments method finally started.
I do NOT owe the amount that All Tran has been given by USAA, as if I be we made any more than theeabout 4 or 5 payments, although U have Called each month to make each payment due EVERY month since February 2020.
I am Now apparently completely blocked from being able to make payments to USAA while 3paymrnts would be due today. I have informed AllTran that I Want to get Payments GOing NOW so as to not have to be concerned for a false
    and unneeded repossessionn.
I have provided all that All Tran needed in an email to get USAA to do a review for the Actual mount yet owed. “Shock”that they haven’t heard back from USAA in two weeks.
I am delayed again to Try to address this only if We call back after hours (8 pm) to All Tran. What the hey?! WHAT do I have to do to get SOMEbody to TAKE my Payment in more than year??? It’s a crazy trash c comedy show whereby my time is wasted and my credit no doubt trashed since I started making the first payment when due. I didn’t get an auto loan to just NOT Pay on it and never know if the auto is going to be taken in between each Monthly payment.
