I have been bombarded by unwanted calls from a third party student loan scam. After requesting that I be put on the do not call list several times I still receive calls almost daily and usually nearing a dozen such calls during just one day. I’ve received texts as well and asked that those stop too. They are using several different numbers to call from too. I believe some are a robo call set up. Is there any legal action that I can take with this?
