What Our Clients are Saying

“I need to personally thank you and everyone I dealt with at your company for helping to prevent harassment by more than one group service. These agencies were calling my buddy five, six, seven, and even eight times each day, using different names and different telephone numbers. The calls lasted even after my friend told them I did not live there and told them to stop calling him. They would call night and day, Saturdays and Sundays, until I called Lemberg Law.”

“I got my settlement check yesterday. Thank you all for helping me with my debt problem. The past year has been a really demanding one and this check is really going to help. So impressed by Lemberg Law.”

“Seriously! The debt collector kept calling me but would not give me any information regarding the debt that I owed except the sum. They threatened me over and over again and would not stop calling. I hunted on Google for ways to make the calls stop and discovered Lemberg Law. They took my case and found that the debt was too old to accumulate. This firm had ‘bought’ my accounts and expected for me to pay! Guess what? They ended up paying me for each of the harassment they put me through! I was SHOCKED when I received my check. Lemberg Law, you ROCK!”

I receive calls from this company multiple times a day. Recently I went through a situation requiring a lawyer to help me pay off my debt due to my ex-partner not paying their part. I called American Coradius to simply ask for my payoff amount and briefly explained the situation to the representative. I shouldn’t have told him anything because he bombarded me with questions about my situation and questioned why I called a lawyer, why I was involved with my ex, asking about if my ex had assets or money, etc. and asked ridiculous questions about MY situation having NOTHING to do with him. It was very rude and inappropriate and I could not believe he was being so nosey and disrespectful. I quickly told him that was none of his business and hung up.

I have a student loan debt with them and have been making at least the minimum monthly payment without missing a payment for several years now. They call at least 2 times a week and I am unable to take their calls because they call during my work hours- I can not talk to them during work!, and I am unable to talk to them because of their work hours. I work 10 + hrs a day; I am out of the house before they open for business, and am home M-F after they close for the day. My husband who is also part of the debt is in the same situation, he can not take their calls during work hours. Now they are harassing and calling my Son several times a day now, who has nothing to do with this. This is harassment pure and simple. They need to stop calling him. period.

I already reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. They have been harassing me with repeated calls stating that they were collecting a delinquent debt. However, I do not have any delinquent debts whatsoever. SCAM/FRAUD!!! Report them to the FTC 202-326-2222

My son is going through a divorce, concerned this may be connected to that.

At least 2 times each week I receive a call stating they are attempting to contact my son concerning a debt that he owes. I do not answer so they always leave a message. I have not discussed this with my son. I do not get involved in his personal business, so these people need to stop calling me.I am in bad health and I do not need this harassment .

This debt collecting company will sometimes call me up to 15 times a day with a variety of numbers and leave messages that aren’t even understandable and they even called my cousin who must be a reference I put down. This is embarrassing and harassment I don’t appreciate. Can you stop their calls? I have blocked most of their numbers but jot all.
